belief that you are not capable.
“Supporting” Is a genuine want to for the other
person to make their own decisions and move
towards their desired outcome.
My coaching style is more of a Supporter than a Helper.
When you lack confidence in any area of your life it can be partly be due to the lack of action or fear. My job is to encourage you to take action with accountability.
